| The Atlanta Journal-Constitution ran a package of op-ed pieces on workplace bullying, including one by Suffolk Law Professor David Yamada, who calls it "the ultimate lose-lose proposition."
Says Yamada, "Too many employers dismiss reports about bullying. Very few have anti-bullying policies. Why? One big reason is that workplace bullying, for the most part, is entirely legal."
The paper solicited the op-ed columns after Georgia's Fulton County Commission adopted a workplace bullying policy covering all county employees, drawing upon the anti-bullying legislation Yamada has authored. |
