| Suffolk Law's Intellectual Property (IP) Clinic, which helps small business owners and entrepreneurs navigate IP matters such as trademarks and patent law, was the subject of a Boston Globe feature.
Under the direction of professor Eve Brown, students in Suffolk Law's IP clinic "help draft trademark filings, technology licensing contracts, employment agreements, and other legal documents, in addition to providing legal research and other services for clients."
"We're like a mini law firm," Brown told the Globe.
One client, Li-Wei Chih, who has been accused of trademark infringement by energy drink maker Monster Beverage Corp., calls the IP Clinic "a blessing." |
