The Macaronis Civil Litigation Concentration is designed to recognize those exceptional students who have not only focused their course of law school study in the civil litigation area, but also have excelled in their studies. The Concentration curriculum has recently been enriched by the Law School's faculty, thus ensuring the program's continued leadership in the preparation of ethical and effective litigators. The Concentration includes five required core courses and participation in a clinical program or internship approved by the Concentration Faculty Director. The Concentration also gives credit for numerous electives related to litigation. The core courses provide the general litigation skills required in practice. The internship or clinical experience gives students the opportunity to put classroom learning into real-world application. Electives allow students to focus on areas of law that correspond to individual interest.
