Overview of Special Education The use of special education entitlements in making delinquent children productive and accepted for juvenile court dispositions and special education services. How to determine if a child needs special education- questions that should be asked and how to involve parents. Ramifications of administrative hearings; Suspension and expulsion; Chapter 71, Section 37H and 37H 1/2.
Overview of Department of Youth Services Different perspectives concerning the challenges of post-adjudication advocacy in the Juvenile Court, including representation at the Department of Youth Services Classification Panel, "conditional liberty hearings" and placement and extension hearings; How to get paid.
