After establishing a number of client relationships with NHL players, he joined the new ownership of the Boston sports agency, Woolf Associates, where he served as a Vice President and Director of the Woolf Associates Hockey Division for six years. |

Barry Frank, Vice Chairman of TWI, has been the leading sports rights agent and packager in this country since his early days at ABC Sports. During his time at IMG his representation included the IOC in seven Olympic Games, Major League Baseball, the NHL, the NBA, the International Skating Union and the USTA. He represents many of the top television sports broadcasters, including John Madden, Bob Costas, Jim Nantz, Bill Walton, Greg Gumbel and Joe Theismann. |

Mr. Kessler is a partner at Dewey Ballantine in New York City. He has litigated some of the most famous sports anti-trust cases including McNeil v. the NFL which established free agency in the NFL. His clients include the NFL Players Association, the National Basketball Players Association, the Major League Soccer Players Association, the National Hockey League Players Association and the Major League Baseball Players Association. |

Robert Kraft is now in his 10th season as owner of the Patriots. He was appointed chairman of the NFL's finance committee in 1998. He played a leading role as a member of the television and broadcast committee that negotiated the most lucrative broadcast contract in the history of sports. He was instrumental in putting together a deal that made Reebok International, Ltd., the official and exclusive apparel manufacturer for the NFL, helping to create a new model for the sports license apparel industry. |

Ms. Kuliga is currently the Principal of K Sports & Entertainment located in Boston, Massachusetts. Kristen has worked in the sports and entertainment business for over the past 9 years. She is one of approximately 30 females registered as an NFLPA certified contract advisor (out of approximately 1,150 registered NFL agents). Kuliga negotiated Doug Flutie's $33 million contract with the San Diego Chargers and has negotiated endorsement contracts with companies such as: NIKE, Reebok, MCI's 10-10-220,Coca-Cola, Pepsi, ESPN, McDonald's, MBNA, and Sports Illustrated. |

David Pace was appointed general counsel for Reebok International, Ltd. (RIL) on December 8, 1999 and was promoted to Sr. V.P. in March 2001. David is responsible for all legal services worldwide, including intellectual property, asset protection and government relations for the Reebok Division, The Rockport Company, The Greg Norman Collection, Ralph Lauren Footwear and Onfield. |
