Collaborative Law is an innovative approach to law practice, in which attorneys for both parties use cooperative strategies rather than adversarial techniques and litigation to resolve conflicts. The Collaborative Law process involves the use of both traditional and new approaches to problem solving, and is at the cutting edge of law practice today.

Tuition:  

Tuition is $295, $265 for members of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council.



Walk-Ins:  

Space is limited. Registrations at the door are welcome, but please register in advance to reserve a seat and your written course materials or call to confirm space availability.



Refunds:  

Written requests for cancellations received via fax or email 24 hours prior to the program will be granted a refund, minus a $15 charge. If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute, otherwise you will receive the written course materials.

Credit:  

This program is approved for CLE Credit in RI, NH, NY, VT & ME and includes 2 ethics credits. There are 11 hours of C.E. Credits for psychologists and 11.5 credits for LICSW, LSW, LCSW & LSWA.
