If you prepare estate plans for persons OTHER THAN the average married couple with children, this program is for YOU! The program speakers will contrast the estate planning commonly prepared for the average married couple with the often unique and different planning strategies and issues used in estate planning for single individuals, unmarried couples, same sex couples, caretaker children, siblings, and even pets!. This seminar will give you the opportunity to address all of the burning issues in your Estate Planning practice with a well rounded panel of practicing estate planning attorneys at your disposal.

Our speakers will address the unique issues for these clients in regards to pension plans/benefits, employee benefits, income and estate taxes, Social Security benefits, Medicaid issues, business partnerships, property agreements, caretaker children and non-child beneficiaries (i.e. pets!).

This distinctive program truly helps you to go beyond the boilerplate and identify how to plan more effectively for your clients’ individual needs.
