  Diane Darling
 

Is the founder and CEO of Effective Networking, Inc., a company that helps professionals learn to find the networking styles and techniques that work best for them. She is a frequent speaker and leader of interactive seminars and is regarded as an expert resource on the subject of networking. She has authored two books on networking—The Networking Survival Guide and Networking for Career Success—both published by McGraw-Hill. She has appeared on NBC Nightly News, in The Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Boston Globe. She is a member of the CEO Club, Commonwealth Institute, Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), and National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).   Elaine M. Ohlson, Esq.
 

is the founder of Elaine Ohlson Consulting, a business offering career coaching and professional development guidance to help attorneys and other professionals achieve career goals. As the former Director of Professional Development for Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, she built a curriculum that earned first-place rankings in American Lawyer and Vault surveys. Elaine, as the first Publications Attorney at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., also worked with hundreds of volunteer attorneys and judges to build a collection of popular legal practice references. She regularly leads workshops and authors articles on professional development, including faculty contributions in 2007 for the Association for Continuing Legal Education and the NALP-ALI-ABA Professional Development Institute. Her numerous association leadership roles include serving as President of ACLEA. Elaine is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and has a BS in Education and an MA in library science and information management. Tuition:  

Tuition is $149.00, $99.00 for Suffolk Alums and attorneys admitted to the bar after 2005.



Walk-Ins:  

Space is limited. Registrations at the door are welcome, but please register in advance to reserve a seat and your written course materials or call to confirm space availability.



Refunds:  

Written requests for cancellations received via fax or email 24 hours prior to the program will be granted a refund, minus a $15 charge. If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute, otherwise you will receive the written course materials.
