Featuring some of the truly elite trial lawyers in the Country

Educating attorneys in the art of trial advocacy has been a primary goal of the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates since its inception. The Masters in Trial shows how experienced trial lawyers conduct a trial–without war stories. All of the trial team counsel are well-known and highly-respected in their fields. The mock trial demonstration is presented before a presiding judge and a real jury, complete with witnesses, experts and courtroom visuals. The jury will render a verdict in the case, with real-time jury deliberations broadcast into the seminar room.

This trial involves a rear end auto accident in which the struck vehicle’s driver’s seat failed. This caused the driver to be ejected rearward, striking the rear seat seatback of the vehicle. She suffered a burst fracture of her thoracic spine due to the ejection, causing paraplegia. She is suing the driver of the other car as well as the manufacturer of the automobile. The skills you will see demonstrated are applicable to other civil cases. This is a program that will be of value to attorneys who are just beginning their trial practice, as well as the experienced attorney who will appreciate observing new ideas and methods.

Attend and Learn:
Direct/cross examinations of witnesses and experts before a real judge and jury, complete with courtroom visuals

Real-time jury deliberations, broadcast live into the seminar room

PLEASE CALL ABOTA DIRECTLY TO REGISTER AT 800-779-5879. ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES WILL NOT BE TAKING REGISTRATION FOR THIS PROGRAM.
