MARGUERITE A. FLETCHER Fletcher Legal Consulting Marguerite Fletcher is the Principal of Fletcher Legal Consulting, an organization dedicated to helping people negotiate solutions through the use of legal, career coaching and consulting services.A founding member of the Lawyers Coaching Collaborative, Ms. Fletcher provides executive coaching, particularly in the area of diversity. She was recently selected by Tufts University’s Human Resources department to provide executive coaching and diversity consulting services to the Tufts community. Ms. Fletcher also serves as a Senior Consultant with Verna Myers Consulting Group through which she works to make diversity and inclusion an integral part of the fabric of legal organizations. Ms. Fletcher is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Section Steering Committee and Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA). Ms. Fletcher is qualified, by CAPT, to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator instrument.
Ms. Fletcher is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Fletcher joined the firm of Hale and Dorr (now Wilmer Hale), where she worked in the Corporate and International Law Departments. She then became Corporate Counsel for Lotus Development Corporation and later Assistant General Counsel for Genuity, Inc. Ms. Fletcher subsequently founded Fletcher Legal Consulting. PATRICIA HENNESSY Hennessy Consulting Group In the course of her uniquely varied professional career, Tricia has practiced law in a private firm, as well as in non-profit and for profit corporate settings; served as a member of a law firm management team; coached attorneys and law students through career development and career change; consulted on diversity and inclusion and attorney career development issues; designed and facilitated attorney skills building workshops; and spoken at law schools and bar associations on various legal career topics. She is the principal of Hennessy Consulting Group; a member of Lawyers Coaching Collaborative which brings together coaches in the world of law, psychology and organizational development; and a Senior Consultant with Verna Myers Consulting Group, the premier diversity and inclusion consultants to the profession. She also has served as a JD Advisor at Harvard Law School and an LLM Advisor at The Fletcher School of Tufts University. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and was appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to serve on the Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Oversight Committee. Tricia is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of Boston College. She began her career as an attorney with Choate, Hall & Stewart. She subsequently held the position of Associate General Counsel of Partners HealthCare System (formerly Massachusetts General Hospital). She also served as a Division Counsel for Fresenius Medical Care, North America and as the first Director of Professional Development at Choate, Hall & Stewart.

ELIZABETH H. MUNNELL Elizabeth Munnell & Associates
Betsy received her B.A from Harvard College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. A noted deal lawyer, she was a partner for 25 years at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge (now Edwards Wildman Palmer), in its Boston office, and was among the core group of young partners responsible for the growth of her firm's nationally recognized media and communications finance and M&A practice. In both law firm and bar association activities Betsy was an outspoken advocate for intensive associate training in business and financial skills and business generation. In addition to building a national practice, Betsy was one of the chief architects of her firm's diversity program, chairing the Boston office's first diversity committee and the firm's Women's Initiative, through which she created a business and career development curriculum offering practical skills training for associates.
In 2009, Betsy opened her consulting and career advising practice, Elizabeth Munnell & Associates, to help law students, lawyers and their law schools and employers navigate the uncertain waters of a profession and an economy in flux. She also serves as a Visiting J.D. Advisor at Harvard Law School, where she co-partners with the Women's Law Association to coach students beginning their careers in law firms. In addition, Betsy consults to The Fullbridge Program, a Cambridge start-up providing immersive, transformative business education and workplace skills training to young lawyers in law firm practice.
