The Trial of Complex OUI Cases will enhance your knowledge of the nuts and bolts of OUI trials. A special emphasis will be placed on understanding and interpreting the arresting officer’s opinion as to impaired driving as well as the latest technological advances of the chemical breath test. In addition, you will learn about the Registry of Motor Vehicle’s consequences of an OUI conviction. Furthermore, a panel composed of experienced OUI litigators will also delve into the latest legal challenges in OUI cases.
This course will benefit prosecutors and defense attorneys that practice in the area of OUI cases. Judges, police and probation officers, as well as alcohol abuse prevention service providers will also benefit from this training.
