WASHINGTON DC SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Washington, DC is an exciting and dynamic place to practice law. Suffolk Law students now have an opportunity to enhance their academic and legal experience by taking advantage of all that the legal community in the Washington, DC area has to offer. The Washington, DC Summer Internship Program has been established to achieve this goal.

This Program will be held during the Suffolk University Law School Summer Session 2013. Students will be able to earn 2-5 credits (45 hours per credit) during the summer session at approved internships in the Washington, DC area. The internship placements can be located in private firms, corporations, governmental, non-profit or for-profit agencies. In addition, the student intern will be required to attend a 2 credit class component as a requirement of participation in this new program. The class component will be taught by a Suffolk University Law School faculty member and the class will be held in the Washington, DC area. The law student will be responsible for all their living expenses in the Washington, DC area.
