Income Taxation II
Prof. William T. Corbett
3 credits day; 3 credits evening.

Not offered 2013-2014.

This course will consider in considerably more depth and detail some of the major topics covered in the introductory income tax course, Basic Federal Income Taxation. The introductory course is a survey course appropriate for all law students. The advanced course is tailored to the special interests and needs of students who desire a more in-depth knowledge of income tax law, and it is most appropriate for students who are seriously considering specialization in federal tax law.




  Prerequisite: Basic Federal Income Taxation
