Children's Law Practice
Mr. Henry E. Bock
3 credits day; 3 credits evening.
This is a practice course focusing on the substantive law, ethics and practice skills for both attorneys and guardians ad litem involved in the litigation of child abuse and neglect, status offense, special education, and medical and mental health matters.
Students may enroll simultaneously with Children and the Law and Children and Disability Law if desired.
Prerequisite: Evidence is recommended
