Advanced Constitutional Theory

2 credits day; 2 credits evening.
This seminar will explore advanced topics in constitutional theory. The topics that may be explored include methods of constitutional interpretation, judicial review, federalism, separation of powers, equality, affirmative action, and liberty. Students will be required to participate actively in class and there will be a take home final.
 Prerequisite: Constitutional Law
