International Criminal Law Seminar

2 credits day; 2 credits evening.
This course will examine the principles of international and transnational criminal law. It will focus on jurisdictional considerations, extraditon, international cooperative efforts and international criminal courts. Students will be required to submit a 20-25 page seminar paper on a topic related to the seminar subject, deliver an oral presentation of the paper to the class, submit critiques of the other papers submitted, and lead the class discussion on one of the assigned chapters. A student's final grade will be based on the seminar paper (75%) and on the other requirements listed above (25%).
Enrollment in Int'l Criminal Law Seminar and Int'l Criminal Activity is prohibited.
