T. Richard Cuffe, Jr., is a partner in the law firm of Bradley, Moore, Primason, Cuffe & Weber LLP in Lynn, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Providence College (1967) and Suffolk University Law School (1975) with honors. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1975. After completing a clerkship with the Chief Judge of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, Attorney Cuffe relocated to Washington. D.C., where he was employed by the White House Office of Consumer Affairs, initially as an attorney-advisor to the Director and Special Assistant to the President for Consumer Affairs, and subsequently as General Counsel of that office. In 1981, Mr. Cuffe joined a Boston law firm where he engaged in lobbying activities before the Massachusetts Legislature on behalf of a major banking trade association and several other organizations and commercial interests. Since 1983, Attorney Cuffe has represented banks and individuals in residential real estate and commercial loan transactions and has provided legal assistance to clients in small business operations, the administration of estates and estate planning. Attorney Cuffe has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Suffolk University Law School since 1995 where he teaches a course in real estate conveyancing law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Greater Lynn Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
