ADJUNCT LAW FACULTY

Stephen P. Houlihan, JD, LL.M, CPA is a partner in the law firm of Houlihan and Muldoon, specializing in tax, estate and business planning.

Prior to founding Houlihan & Muldoon, Mr. Houlihan was Vice President of Financial Planning and Case Design and Support for MetLife, and was an Assistant General Counsel in the MetLife Law Department. Mr. Houlihan also was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst where he taught courses in sports law and labor relations. Mr. Houlihan received his BBA in Management from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from Boston College Law School and an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University Law School.
