 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Visiting Professor Mark R. Patterson, a tenured member of the Fordham University School of Law, taught Patent Law and Global Technology Transfer in the fall semester and Antitrust Law and International Intellectual Property Licensing in the spring semester. Faculty member at Fordham University School of Law since 1995; tenured since 2000. Prior to joining the Fordham faculty, Professor Patterson was a Bigelow Teaching Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School. Professor Patterson was a litigator at Choate, Hall & Stewart and served as a law clerk to Justice Greaney of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.

Degrees:
BS, MS, Ohio State University; JD, Stanford University

Subjects:
Antitrust Law, Patent Law, Global Technology Transfer, International Licensing of Intellectual Property, Technology and Human Rights, Law and Scientific Research.

Professional Activities:
Co-Chair, Antitrust Committee, Boston Patent Law Association.
