Distinguished Visiting Professor Stephan Landsman is a tenured professor of law at DePaul University College of Law, where he serves as the Robert A. Clifford Professor of Tort Law and Social Policy. He taught Evidence during the Fall 2002 semester. Professor Landsman is a nationally recognized expert on the civil jury system and among his recent writings are empirical and historical articles regarding the jury. He has successfully advocated in the Supreme Court of the United States and is a member of the leadership of the American Bar Association Litigation Section.
