Hans Henrik Lidgard is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Lund, Sweden specializing in Innovation Market related problems. He has been a practicing attorney in Advokatfirman Vinge and subsequently worked with legal and strategic matters on a European level within the Pharmacia & UpJohn organization. His legal writing is focused on European competition law and intellectual property rights. Dr. Lidgard also serves as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings and he is also on the board of high tech development companies.
