Alicia Foley Winn


 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Alicia Foley Winn is the Executive Director of The Boston Initiative to Advance Human Rights, a non-profit organization focused on issues related to domestic and international sex trafficking. Ms. Winn is also a Consultant to The Protection Project at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She has also served as a Practitioner in Residence at the Tufts University Feinstein International Center. Ms. Winn holds a B.S. degree from Northeastern University, a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, and an LL.M. degree from American University Washington College of Law, with a specialization in international human rights. She is co-teaching a course with law school Professor Day entitled Sex Trafficking in Film and Law.
