Matthew J. Tuttle
Adjunct Clinical Professor

 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Matthew J. Tuttle is a partner at the Boston law firm of Burns & Levinson LLP where his practice focuses in the areas of securities law and general commercial litigation. Mr. Tuttle regularly represents firms and professionals in the financial services industry along with investors and shareholders in securities-related litigation, arbitrations and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in 2006, Mr. Tuttle was a partner at Perkins Smith & Cohen LLP and had worked at Bingham Dana & Gould as an associate attorney. Mr. Tuttle graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Tuttle clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. He currently is an active member of the Boston American Inn of Court and the Boston Bar Association.
