Kristen A. Kuliga


 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Kristen Kuliga, Esq. is a Founding Partner of the newly formed Altus Marketing & Management, LLC. Formerly, Kristen was the Principal and founder of K Sports & Entertainment, LLC in Boston, MA, a full-service sports and entertainment management and marketing firm. Kristen oversaw the celebrity services and K Sports departments of Paid, Inc. in Boston, MA until 2007. At Paid, she was responsible for the development of the music and entertainment business and the representation and marketing of NFL players as well as management of special events. In the entertainment marketplace, she oversaw new client development and negotiated online brand marketing and website licensing agreements with music artists, including, Aerosmith, Patti Labelle, Keith Lockhart, the Cars, DMC (from Run-DMC) and Rockapella. Prior to opening K Sports & Entertainment, Kristen was Vice President for a venture capital firm that invested in sports and entertainment businesses and held positions as General Counsel and Vice President of Athlete Marketing at Woolf Associates, a full-service sports management and marketing firm. Kristen is one of approximately 30 women certified by the NFLPA as a contract advisor (out of approximately 800 certified NFL agents) and is the woman who represents the most NFL players. She was the first woman to negotiate a starting NFL quarterback’s contract, having negotiated Doug Flutie’s original $33 million contract with the San Diego Chargers. She also negotiated the subsequent restructuring and his deal with the New England Patriots and his current broadcasting deal with ABC Sports and ESPN. She currently represents a number of NFL players. In addition, her team oversees the marketing and endorsement business for many NFL, NBA and MLB players and she has negotiated endorsement and sponsorship contracts with companies including NIKE, Reebok, McDonald’s, Sports Illustrated, Cadillac, Citizens Bank, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, ESPN, Sun Life Financial, Dunkin Donuts, and Motorola.
