ADJUNCT LAW FACULTY

Clare D. McGorrian has a law and consulting practice in Arlington, Massachusetts. She offers health law counsel to individuals, small employers and non-profit organizations. Before opening her practice in 2005, Ms. McGorrian spent eight years as senior staff attorney at Health Law Advocates, a public interest law firm. Ms. McGorrian led the firm’s systemic litigation, represented individual clients, and spearheaded educational efforts. Major accomplishments include serving as lead counsel in a successful federal suit to improve dental care for low-income children and running HLA’s Divorce Judgment and Health Insurance Project. Ms. McGorrian clerked for the Connecticut Supreme Court after receiving her law degree from Northeastern University, and has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
