Faculty Dining Room:
Dining room is approved on a limited basis and will not be booked prior to 3pm daily. You may not remove tables/chairs from Faculty Dining Room.
Corcoran Room:
Corcoran Room is approved on a limited basis. All food and beverage MUST be provided by Sodexho and must remain inside the Corcoran Room at all times.
Alumni Lounge:
Alumni Lounge is approved on a limited basis for meetings and events. This room has a fixed floor plan. You may not remove any furniture from the Alumni Lounge.
o Alcohol may not be served at any event without express approval from the Dean of Students Office.
o Please refer to all policies and procedures regarding student events to ensure your event is in compliance with regulations.
This form must be completed in its entirety
at least one week prior to scheduled event.
If your event requires any Facilities setup, please submit an event setup request (please note, the password to submit requests is password)
